Bringing a Report in Preview to Front?

If I am using a few forms that are popup/modal, how can I preview a report where it shows the report on top instead of having to close down all the modal forms on the screen?
Is there some sort of 'Set to Front' action?

Set the forms visible property to false on opening report true when closing.
