Sending this to designers

As a starting point can you please go to

www.expertsoftwaresystems.com.au

The site will give you some idea at what I am driving at. The Access database you will be building is to be provided as free software. The site explains the reasoning behind this. ??Please also look at?

http://www.expertsoftwaresystems.co...electronic-mentoring-offshoring-a-profit-loss

Can you think about that article, as it is central to what I am trying to do. If after doing this you are still interested in this project please confirm that you have looked at the site and have gained some understanding as to what I am doing.??

Once you have done this

Start by viewing

This will give you a basic picture.

Once you have done that and you still want to proceed with your bid you will need to spend sometime going through the attached PDF Portfolio (ESS Design.pdf).

Go to the link below to download the file

http://www.filefactory.com/file/6s6yk8db75d5/n/ESS_Design_pdf

The file is a 37 meg PDF written with Acrobat 9 Version 9.5.1. The Portfolio contains links, videos and explanations. If you have been to the website (www.expertsoftwaresystems.com.au) and you have looked the PDF portfolio you will be in a position to make a much more formal bid. I trust you understand that I will need some comfort that you can complete this project and we will have to set up some benchmarks. Please do not bid if you are not comfortable with the design.

If you are still interested after all that email me again.

Thank You

Robert Lopez

File factory wants money to download the file:( I've tried a dozen times and it keeps telling me that there are no free download slots available but if I pay money I can download now.
I signed up for a free account. Now it lets me try the download but here we are a half hour later and every time I try the download I get an error. I even tried a different browser.

Thank you for your interest. I have downloaded files and works fine. Not sure why it does not work for you. Thing is 35 megs so too big for emails etc. I am getting responses so my method seems to be working. Goal was to try and gage Access users opinions.
