I have a function that sends about 15 emails but everytime it sends one, the user has to click an ok button because for each message being sent, a msgbox comes up that says "a program is trying to send an email using outlook - do you want to continue?" - Please tell me there is a way to bypass this. Any help is appreciated.

This is not an Access issue. This message is coming from OUTLOOK. And guess what, if you could bypass it using a program, so could a virus/trojan/worm/etc. Our helpdesk got around it somehow by setting up a Outlook template or some thing like that. They said to search the Microsoft knowledge base for the How To on doing this (some help they are huh?)

Thanks for your reply - I should have specified I was using Outlook EXPRESS and I found a security setting in it that I could turn off (Warn me when programs send e-mail as me) that fixed the problem.
