calculated field

All I want to know is how to work with a calculated date field. If I have a field in my table called Date1, I would like to add 17 days to it and have the result of that be displayed in Date2.

It seems simple enough, and I can do it easily in Excel, but am having trouble doing that in Access.

Make a new query from your table and put this in the query:
Date2: [Date1]+17
