Calculation Query (1 Viewer)

I have a commission field and a commission paid field, i need to subtract one from the other to give commission outstanding. How do I do this please help me.

In a blank column in the Design View of a query based on the table where this data is stored, put this:

Comm_Outst: [Commsn] - [Commsn_Paid]

Assuming the Commission field is named Commsn and the Commision Paid field is Commsn_Paid. Substitute your actual field names.
