Calendar display in date field ?

In a date field, instead of having to type a date in, is there a way to diplay a nice 'point and shoot' calendar picture ?

I've got at example at work where the user clicks on a button and a calendar pops up with todays date highlighted. The user can then select a date and it is automatically entered into the data field.

I'll attach the example on Monday evening after I finish work.
