I'm trying to register MSCAL.OCX but am having nothing but problems.

I placed MSCAL.OCX in the windows\system32 folder.
This is where regsvr.exe is.

The error:

The module mscal.ocx failed to load.
Make sure the binary is stored in the specific path.....

Is there an alternative to mscal.ocx?

I don't want to use it is a popup date picker.

I simply want tom place it on the form to view.

Thanks,
James

I spent 2 hours last night and 3 hours today Googling that.

Nothing works.

Ok.
I found one that worked!

I had mscal in the wrong folder.

The command is:
regsvr32 %SystemRoot%\syswow64\mscal.ocx

Thanks much,
James

I believe Allen Browne's is a popup calendar.

That's not what I want.

I want a calendar displaying on the form at all times.

Also, I'm getting bunch of error messages when I try to open frmCalendar.

Oh, well you would need to modify. Not sure why you are getting the errors, did you bring in the Modules? What are the messages?

Sorry, there is no module.

Only the code behind the forms.

I'd upload the zip but it's too much of a hassle here.

The name of the downloaded files is: calendar2k.zip

Hmm, going to look...don't know I thought there was a Module.

There is a Module... please select All Access Objects from the top of the Navigation Pane (the little drop down arrow).

I see now.

Since Object Type was initially selected I didn't bother before.
