Calender

Not sure if Access can even do this...but what I am trying to accomplish is to have a calender by month or year that would list under each day the name of a client to indicate that a task is due that day for that client. I do not want any other data on the form, just the calender and the name of each client under the date the task is due. So several clients could be listed under one month or even one day.

Would anyone happen to know if this is even possible and if so how to accomplish this? I am using MS Access 2002. I have found the ActiveXcontrol and inserted a calender...but this was specific per client only and did not list all clients under the corresponding days.

Posts 9 and 11 contain examples of calendar generated on the fly that show dates of attendance (or absence!). FYI - once you've opened the Calendar of Attendance form, you'll need to PageUp to dates 'round Sept 2001.

I'll take a look and see if will serve my needs. In speaking with someone last night, they thought I might be better served using a query. So I might look into that possibility. Though when I tried a crosstab query the results indicated a 1 or a 0 in the data under the month. I would prefer the actual date under each month for each client.
