Call History Problem

Up until now the Call History form on our contacts database has worked perfectly. (It is based on the Contacts Management template downloadable from Microsoft).

Suddenly, when opening the form it is asking for a Parameter of ContactID - this was the original name of the field when it was downlaoded but this has since been changed (in all tables) to something more meaningful. No changes have been made, so I can't understand why this is so. Checking the design, it looks looks correct, but I am unable to prevent this parameter message appearing.
 
My guess would be that while it's been changed in "all tables" that it's still out there somewhere, probably in a query. You might also go into the code for any form and enter ContactID into the Find feature, selecting Current Project as the Search option.
 
Probably in a query but don't forget that it might be in a form, report, or module. Macros are less likely to do this, but heck, anything is possible. ANY REFERENCE to a field that doesn't exist has the potential to do what you described.
 
Remember to check in any combo or list box rowsources too
