calling sub functions

Am I doing this right? I'm trying to call up a function in another funtion but I keep getting the error "Procedure declaration does not match description of event or procedure having the same name"
ComboSort_AfterUpdate (Files![Mill Location])

I think that i am not declaring my variable correctly.
ComboSort_AfterUpdate (StrS as Variant)
