I have attached a sample spreadsheet which is a table in a MS Access database. In this I need to pull out a report to tell me following:
>> For each month (Column B), how many stock codes are counted (Column G) and how many stock codes have variance (Column M) ... i.e variance means not equal to Zero. Then, I have to calculate the % .. i.e if stock codes counted are 10 and variance is in 3 stock codes, then % is 30.
>> How to pull out this month wise report and also is it possible to show a graph by Month ??
