I now you have been ask’t this a thousand times. But please take in to account I am a complete novice I have a simple database using Access 97. I have 1 form 1 report. I just want to know how I can put a command button on the form that will print one report instead off all the reports. It has to be simple I don’t understand code or macro.

you say you only have one report. what do you mean by all reports? do you mean you only want to print one record from that report?

yes when i press print every record is printed. i only wont to print the record i am looking at and not all the records

Sory rich thanks for the reply but i dont now what that means i am a total novice at this.This is my first Database. i need instructions in step by syep form. i must sound like a retard to you guys but i realy am a freshman
