I am doing tabs and I have my tab stops at 1cm, 4cm, 7cm and 11cm. The tabs were coming out fine until I put a border line underneath the existing text. then they went completely haywire after that. The tabstops still seemed to be in the same place, but the tavs were not coming out at the right places at all. Anyone any idea of what's going on here? Thanks, much appreciated.

If you require borders then I would suggest using a table rather than tabs.

How did you add the border? Were you able to undo and have your desired setup restored? Can you post the file?
