CAn anyone look at my DB?

I am kind of new to access and have been asked by my company to design a database for our company. I am having trouble with a search function that I found. I would like frmSearch to display the results in the area below. But I can't seem to get it to work. Can someone please take a look at my db and see if they can get it to work, I would be greatly appreciative.
