Can I sort with a calculated field?

Hey guys,

Basically I have two frields, cost and quantity. I have a line value field which is simply cost x quantity. easy enough

But how the hell can i filter or sort by the line value? is it even possible to sort in a datasheet view by a calculated field?

Can you sort it when you do the calc. in an underlying query?
