We have visitors to our web site complete a registartion form and at present this is emailed back to us and we have a staff member rekey this into an access database. We want to capture the data automatically, but not keep the database on the ISP server.

We had considered having the web data captured to a .csv file which we could then dowbload. We could then read this straight into our access DB.

My questions are - is there a better way to achieve our goal
and
is there anyway that from within the access database we can set up so that we can email all email addresses within the database in a single hit.

Many thanks

For the multiple mailings you should have a look at Travis' reply to Buster below.

Is there any reason why you don't want a DB on your server? ASP is probably the 'easy' way to do it.

Yes - its a question of the Data Protection Act.
