Can you put an arrow in a text box?

I have a program where I need to insert a solid strait arrow on a line in a text box right after some text. like this but solid.

Is there any way of doing this?

P.S. I cant use a image field. needs to be a text field

I have sometimes needed to put some odd shapes on forms
.they havent been arrows but

this is what i would try

use the line tool to draw your lines,place them under your text,you can give them slant,thickness colour etc, If you dont want
to see them all the time,then you would just need
to do some code to set them visible etc
