Cannot access startup menu

Whilst testing my database I disabled the menues on the startup settings panel....
I now cannot gain access to the startup settings panel as I have disabled menues! How do I gain access to it so I can continue editing my database?

Rightclick in the general toolbar area, choose customize, click reset.

Seems to me that your response seems to contradict with itself.
