Cannot copy Forms

I cannot copy Forms from one db to another db. I can copy everything else, report, queries, tables, etc.
When I "export" the Form, it appears to copy. However, it does not appear in the directory where it should be. If I recopy, it says "its already there and ask to overide the present Form. Still no soap. How can you copy Forms from one db to another? This sucks big time!

Cannot copy forms

I started the computer today and all the Forms were there. I combined to databases successfully. The went back to the Forms objects and they were gone. I exported the files from one db to the other and it tells they are there. Why the hell does not this program show them? Is something wrong with my software-garbage like thiis should not happen? A reinstall did nothing.
Can someone answer a simple question. Can you copy one db into another? If so, then my software is no good. Of course, files have different names in both dbs so there is no overwriting.
