Cannot RAISERROR in Triggers after upgrading to Access 2003

Since upgrading to Access 2003 I am not able to return trigger-based errors from SQL Server 2000 or 2005. The following article pertains to Access 2002, (which ironicall was working fine for us). We now have the problem described in the article, but in Access 2003. I posted this issue in the MS newsgroups but no success resolving issue. Any assistance on this forum would be appreciated.
