Cant find language DLL Msain 900.Dll

We have tried installing Access 2007 from within Office 2007, but received errors (Outlook and Word works)

Cant find language DLL Msain 900.Dll

Uninstalled office, 2007, reinstalled office 2007 with the same error.

Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?

there is not Msain 900.dll, only msain.dll

It was also suggested that I copy Msain.dll and rename the copy to Msain 900.dll and I am now able to open Access2007.

Interesting. On my copy of Office 2010 (for which Access was successfully installed), I do not have a copy of MSAIN900.DLL, only MSAIN.DLL, and that makes me wonder. Were you trying to install Access 32-bit or Access 64-bit?

I am running Office 2007 and I cannot even find msain*.dll ???


Edit: Belay that, finally found it at C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12\1033
