Can't open a database

I just created a database in someone else's computer, because he (along with most of the people that will be using the database) have Access '97. I have Access 2000. Anyhow, I emailed myself the database, but I couldn't open it on my computer. I got a msg saying that I didn't have permission to do so, so I went over to the other computer and gave myself permission (user). Then I re-emailed it, but I still can't open it. I sent it to someone else who has Access 2000; he couldn't open it either. Help!

For you to open the database, you must have the workgroup security file contained within your computer.
