I have a strange problem where I have finally created a secure database using the security wizard. I'm at the point where I am ready to send it to someone else for use, but I can't seem to move it from my computer to another and get it to open.
When I look in the Workgroup Administrator tab, I find the Workgroup location listed as C:\Documents and Settings\nancy\Application Data\Microsoft\Access\CurryGroup2.mdw. I assume that is the workgroup that my database is associated with. However, I can't find the 'Application Data' folder when I try browsing to it in Windows Explorer. Furthermore, I cannot located any .mdw files on my computer (doing a search), except for the System.mdw file located in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\SYSTEM location.
Thus, I'm not entirely sure anymore what my workgroup file is, much less how to move my database somewhere else, as it currently only works on my computer and I can't open it at all from another.
Is there someway to "recover" my database?
