Cant see report on other pcs

Hi,

I've juz created a report based on different forms. As the data can be of variable numbers, the report can show more than 1 record on each page.
e.g.
In class A
name of students grades
Student 1 1
Student 2 2

In class B
no of students grades
Student 3 1
Student 4 2

However, I can see the report nicely on my pc but when viewed on my collegues' pc, they can see all the fields the first record, ie. In class A.
But they can only see the header In class B and no data being shown for the data.

Please advise what can be done to enable the same viewing in their PCs.

Try checking the screen resolution size. Compare them to your screen. I've had that problem before my screen size is 1024*768 other people in my office use 800*600.

Could also be a different printer driver which displays fields differently. You may need to widen some fields to accommodate.
