Card 1 of 15

Hello

I know this solution has been posted before and I searched to know avail.
I print out a group of cards with the same information through a vba loop and would like the bottom to show Card 1 of whatever the total of card there are. I cannot use Page of , because it just show, Page 1 of 1 each time.

Put an unbound text box in the detail. Set it's control source to '=1'. The set it's 'Running Sum' option to 'Over All'. Then you can use this as the first part of the record x of x records. The second part can simple be a dcount() text box.

My bad. the second part would be

=count([myPKField]).

I've tried this. Each card is open printed and closed. Then the process repeats. This is the only way I could get to print the same card over and over depending on how many the operator requested. The operator puts a number in to print and it loops till it's complete.

Hum... You're going to have to figure out how to do that in the underlying query. Never done it myself, maybe someone else will jump in.
