Cascading Failed

I have three cascading combo boxes that, when a selection is made, will auto-fill 3 following text fields. So I had it working just beautifully, with the data pulling from the correct columns. All of a sudden, they stopped working, and the text fields are displaying #Name? instead of the appropriate data. Nothing has changed on my form, and I have really been struggling to determine what happened and to fix it. Any help or suggestions would be welcome. Thanks.

Have you changed the name of the RecordSource of any of the ComboBoxes

If not,it just a matter of rebuilding the ComboBoxes, sometimes Access acts stupid.

Thank you for your reply. I've not made any changes to the recordsource of any of the boxes, and I've also tried rebuilding the cbo boxes. The problem persists however, and is driving me crazy. The only thing I have changed recently in the DB is adding a print button, that was and still is functioning fine.
