cascading menus

sorry, i know there are loads of post regarding cascading menus, however, i cant seem to get it to work! i have a cars table and a form based on it. after "make" is chosen, i want "model" to automatically give me options (like on the autotrader.co.uk site). i can attach my database if any1 is kind enough to try it!

I've changed the structure of the database a bit, but it the cascading combo boxes are working.

thanks , however, an error appears when you select from the "make" drop down menu. then it says u have to close.... any help appreciated
