Okay, so I searched through the threads for this answer and I can't get it to work right.

My issue: I've created a form that I want to be 5" wide (or so) and 6" tall (or so). I do not want the form to open maximized, in fact I don't even want the user to be able to change the size. The problem: I can't get it to open up the correct size and centered.

Here's what I've tried:

Code:
Auto Center: Yes
Auto Resize: Yes
Fit to Screen: No
Border Style: Dialog
Record Selectors: No
Navigation Buttons: No
Scroll Bars: Neither
Control Box: Yes
Close Button: No
Min Max Buttons: None
Moveable: No

Popup: Yes
Modal: Yes
I've also tried changing just the Popup and Modal properties back to NO, as in another DB the above works without having Popup and Modal to YES.

This is strange because the properties of the form that works are exactly the same as the form that doesn't work!

(If I put Popup and Modal to Yes, the form comes up the right size, just not centered...)

Thanks!

Oh my - I found out why it works...(Access 2007) In the Access Options, under Current Database...there is a Document Window Options setting for "overlapping" or "tabbed"...."overlapping" allows it to work properly!

Silly Access 2007...
