Change color of a textbox in another form.

I have a form "frmCustomers" and another form "frmFollowup"
When I make a checkbox true in frmFollowup, I would like a textbox background in frmCustomers to turn Red to indicate there is an active record in frmFollowup. Also if I delete the record in frmFollowup, turn the textbox background back to White.
