Change data in existing table

I have a table and one of the columns contains the case type, which may be P,A,M,O & X. I would like to change all the X to N. Would someone explain to me how to do this? See screen shot.

Use an update Query?

UPDATE Tbl_Name SET FieldName='N' WHERE FieldName='X'
