Changing color on a Tab Control Form

Hello. How can you change the color on a Tab Control Form? Mine is defaulted to Grey. Should I change it in my preference menu or is it something that can be easily edited like the rest of the forms?

Can you be more specific? Access Preference? Or Windows itself?

Windows itself, you can however use labels or command buttons to replace the tabs, but the form colour remains default grey.
