Chart doesn't display correct values (1 Viewer)

When I'm previewing a report containing a chart it sometimes shows the correct values and sometimes the sample values.

This only seems to happen on Windows 2000 PC's with both Access 97 & 2000 installed.

Have someone else seen this behaviour?

Hi there,
Yes , I have also experienced this problem. I found that is you page though the whole preview, page by page, it shows correctly. Also printing is no problem. But try just looking at the last page and the totals are wrong. I only have Access 2000 on my machine.
Sorry, I can't tell you why, but it's consolation that someone else has the same problem isn't it!

Yes it is very common complaint. Charting seems to be one of the weekest controls in Access. There is a knowledge base article that covers this subjuct and some work arounds for it (at least in forms).
