chart problem - ? OLE/DDE links

Cannot either insert chart in a report or form, or view a chart created by another user in a report.

Error message MS Access cant find the file containing the linked ole object you tried to update using ole/dde links???

Have completely re-installed access and still get same problem, mystified!!!

Please any ideas?
