I have a very simple query that produces results:
Name WeekEnding CountOfWeekEnding
ABC 01/05/2005 4
ABC 08/05/2005 2
ABC 15/05/2005 1
(name comes from a drop down box, so only one name in the query)
All I want from Access 2000 is a simple bar chart:
4 XXXXXX
3 XXXXXX
2 XXXXXX XXXXXX
1 XXXXXX XXXXXX XXXXXX
01/05/05 08/05/05 15/05/05
So I run the report wizard, selecting weekending and countofweekending as my fields for the chart, select bar chart.
But then when it asks how I want to lay out the data it insists on grouping for the x-asis (the dates). If I select weekly it will not display the dates, just a week number like 19 05, 20 05 and 21 05 along the x-axis.
I've messed around with it no end, but still can't get it right. Surely this must be simple???
Thanks anyone who can help.
