I'm trying to create a database/report using Access 2007. The database collects teachers reviews of individual students. I collect their responses using Google mail and Google Docs - save the spreadsheet to my PC and then link that to the Access database.. That far I have managed to get!!
Then - I want to make a report.

The little pie chart I've added onto the image is what I want it to show on my report when I add the 4th column which is - How would you rate the pupils attitude and effort.. So it would display 3 Excellents and 1 of each poor and good as per the results.
When I make my report though I get 5 graphs for each record
not 1 graph with them all collated. And most times when I add the pie chart in I go through and select my field - and then it gives me sample data from who knows where with East West and North on
So step by step this is what I do.. (just redone this now)
I link my tabe up and go to my blank report (not the wizard) In the blank report I click the chart Icon and then draw in my placeholder. The chart Wizard appears

I then select the column which I wish to use in my chart

Then the next bit, I'm not really sure which of the boxes to put my field onto, but I click the preview button and it looks ok..

I then click next and finish and the chart appears on my report, but it looks like this, with what appears to be sample data on there..

So I'm thinking, maybe it's just sample data on there and will print out with my data on (bit of a stupid way of displaying things from MS but hey ho)
Oh... wierd. it's done it...
Ok.. lol.. next question.. why did it not do that before (is it because I linked to an Excel sheet this time and not to a table within Access?) and how do I get rid of Slice 1

Cheers people
Sorry for the headache on my first post!!
