Hi
I have a form that displays the results from a query.
I have a check box that users select in order to show they want to print that record
However, it has stopped letting me change the check box, and simply gives me the helpful windows 'bing' when I click on it.
All the controls are set to allow me to write to it.
Has anyone got any ideas of why this might happen?
Cheers

P.S. If I go into the table directly, I can still change the status of the check box

The way the query is structured is preventing any edits to any field. Chances are high that you're trying to edit the one side of a one-to-many relationship, which you can't do. However, I don't know how your query is structured, so I can't really provide a straight answer. Just know that the problem is the structure of the query (most specifically, the joins), and not the tables.

Ok....
The ToPrint field is in my main project table, and I do have several other tables relevant to the query linking off the Project table, linked by ProjectId with 1 to many relationships.
You seem to suggest that this is the problem?
In that case, can anyone suggest a way around this?....
Thanks again!
Ben
