Check for last two digits...help

hiya,

I have a table with agents basic Information ( Name, SS, expiration date of license ). IF the last two digits of the SS. is 00 then his License renovation should be on january.

I dont know, If i have to make a script or something to run through all the SS to check when are the license due dates. And Alert the User thats someones due date is coming.



Has any one done something like this??? Help Thanx

u can use a case and update recordset in vba or you can use an update query such as

iif(left[SS],-2)=00)

expiration date of license = "Janurary"

Attach the db if u are unsure,
