I would like some help with creating a search form using check boxes to select the criteria.
I have searched all through this forum, but cannot find anything that is able to help me in trying to get this to work.
Basically, what i want is a filter form where the user can select the parameters they want to pass through to the query.
In the example database that i have attached, the user selects the companies that they want to find records on, as well as the a combination of the products. The query will then filter the results and only return the items that the user selected via the check boxes.
I know that this should be fairly simple to do...... but i am banging my head up against a brick wall trying to get it to work.
Any assistance greatly appreciated.
