checkbox on form not writing to table

I have a number of text boxes and comboboxes on my form. All of these are writing to the table except the checkbox.

I made sure the Default value is 0. All the other boxes including this one all use the same query for the Control Source and Form Record Source.

Is there anything else I should be checking???

Any suggestions would be great!!

Is the control source property of the checkbox a field in the form's record source? That's certainly the first thing to check.
