Checkboxes and Reports - HELP!!!!

On my form I have 6 checkboxes for 6 different counties. The user will click all the counties that apply. That is working fine. I'm running into difficulty trying to run a report that will list the counties by name not by -1. Example: If Eagle County is checked I need the report to say the county is "Eagle" instead of -1 value. How do I change the -1 value into text???

Any help is greatly appreciated.

See the help files for the Iif statement to use in your query.
But, from what you say, you have a checkbox for each county. Therefore,
you should just use a label to name each checkbox.

Thanks for the info! I used the suggestion of IIF in the query and included the "AND" along with them. All works great!
