Checkboxes missing in Word

Hi,

I'm using Access 2003 and I would like to export my report to a Word document. My report contains checkboxes but when its put into Word the checkboxes are missing. How come the checkboxes won't show in Word? Is there any way that I can fix this?

Does the exported data in Word show 0 and -1 in the column that shows checkboxes in Access?

Hi,

No, nothing is shown in the word document. There is just a blank space beside the label where the checkbox was on the report in Access...
