Choose report fields based on a table value?

I have to create a matrix of information of students who get awarded certain scholarships, and I'm not sure how to do it. I have a table of each scholarship, along with checkboxes for all of the fields available. What I need to do is create a report for each scholarship using only the checked fields, and I need the report to change when any boxes are checked/unchecked. Can anyone help me with that?
