ClientID Issue

i have a database with a number of tabs on the first tab it has all the details of the client e.g Name, Address etc.

On the second it has a sub form and they can fill out there training. This all gets stored in a table called jobtrain.

It seems to be logging the name and and there employment etc but not the clientID.

what is it im doing wrong.

If you are adding records via this sub form you will need to pass the client id to the FK in the training table.

I assume you have the main and sub form linked fields set up accordingly to filter matching clients

when you say fk in the training table what do you mean? also what is the best way to pass the ID to the subform.
