Closing up empty records

I have a feeling this has been answered here before but I can't make it work. I want to print data to a report based on boxes ticked in a form. Please see example attached. This works fine, but for the unticked boxes I want to close up the empty space(s) - much as happens with the address label wizard. I have tried setting the can grow and can shrink options but to no avail. Can anyone help please?

I don't know if this is even the right approach. Look at the DetailFormat
event of the report.

Thanks a lot Wayne - It hadn't occured to me to put evrything into an unbounded text box. I am new to VBA but managed to follow your procedure except that I do not know the purpose of the "& VbCrLf" statement?
