Question Code For Centering a form

Hello does anybody have any code for centering a form i know about the autocenter property but i want it to center on command thanks.

Thanks! Your code worked great. Had to use it when opening a database from a sharepoint link on a slow server and the main form keeps opening in the upper left corner of the database window even though I am hiding the navigation pane and the form is set to auto center.
