OK, so I had 3 sets of 9 text boxes that were going invisible. that create alot of space, and they were going invisible. But what I think has happened is that the space in between the boxes created the space that pushed the report footer onto the next page. I squished all the boxes together and viola, its finally all on one page. Problem is tho, when the boxes ARE visible, they look too close together... Bah.. Guess I'll have to figure something else out?

Could you post a dummy db, like yours, without the data? so that people could play with the formatting?

mmm. i think so. you just want blank tables, queries and such? is there a fast way to do that?

I don't know unfortunately, I am sure there is, The only reason for the blanks is so that sensitive info is not on the internet. But there has got to be some way to do what you want.
