Code For Select Statement

Hi Guys...
I want a code in Access that let me search for a record by specific filter,like if choose from a combo box a field like customer name or phone number, and type the name or the number in another field, click the search button to search for the input data from the specified field.

Yes its very useful thanks, i wrote the code and i think its gd but there is an error i cant find it, it give me Runtime (13) when i click it, Plz check the attachment to know what I am talking about...

You "If Not IsNull..." code is Boolean. In other words, it is looking for a value of True or False.
