Code vba to resize jpeg

Urgent! I need code to resize jpeg images to a smaller size.

What i have found till now is an application that i have to install and run it from vba. but what i really need is to code inside my application without having to install anything else.

I don't think Access can do this natively. You will need a 3rd party object, then learn how to reference it (Tools, References), and use it.
