Hallo, i have a question
I have a form with listbox. A lot of records in listbox have the same status. For example: Pending, Active, Frozen. Could i make colors in listbox, which depends of status.
Pending - Yellow,
Active - Green,
Frozen - Blue
active - Green
....
....

conditional formatting was introduced in access 2000, however you can only have 3 conditions and you can only use it on forms/reports. as a query ultimately gets its data from a table then it cannot be done. Having said that there may a 3rd party list control that will allow icons rather like the tree control.

also the colour pallet in access is somewhat limited

if you specify custom colours there are 16,000,000 of them to choose from but it does not save the colours from session to session.
