Combine duplicate records into one.

Hi,

I've got the following table:

ID First Last Income Type Amount
1 John Dow Salary 300
1 John Dow Over time 50
1 John Dow Commission 75


How can I display it all in one row? Something like that:

ID First Last Salary Over time Commission
1 John Dow 300 50 75
